Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor to join our team at Waste Management Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of the Inside Sales Team and providing a high level of expertise in the sale of Waste Management services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
  • Supervise activities of the Inside Sales Department, ensuring team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals.
  • Forecast and recruit qualified candidates for available and/or upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
  • Execute ongoing training and coaching sessions to Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Participate in training and coaching the Inside Sales staff.
  • Set up and maintain accurate customer records for all customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
  • Bilingual (French and English) - written and spoken.
