Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at General Assembly Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve exceptional results.
- Operations: Manage the restaurant's inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
