Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Long-Term Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Work Effectively with All Channels: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all sales channels.
  3. Identify and Pursue Water Treatment Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue water treatment sales opportunities from lead qualification to close.
  4. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional service and support.
  5. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to refine, implement, and deliver sales results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  6. Deliver High Levels of Customer Service: Ensure a thorough understanding of the operating model and effectively manage and resolve customer concerns and issues.
Qualifications
  1. Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent: Possess a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  2. 3-5 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the water treatment industry.
  3. Industry Knowledge and Skills: Possess a deep understanding of the water treatment industry, including sales strategies and customer needs.
  4. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  5. In-Home Sales Experience: Preferably, have experience in in-home sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  6. Ability to Work Flexible Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
