Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating strategies for market entry and providing insights on service pricing to support client retention and the acquisition of new business.
  • Fostering strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to develop innovative solutions tailored to unique client demands and ensure cohesive client service.
  • Reviewing and finalizing commission structures with underwriters in alignment with client directives and agreements.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of evolving insurance and risk market dynamics, and communicating significant developments to client teams, clients, and carriers.
  • Utilizing advanced knowledge of the firm's product offerings through active engagement in internal networks.
  • Creating new products and innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
  • Leading intricate placement and technical support initiatives for major accounts to guarantee contract execution as necessary.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Experience in Casualty Risk Management, with a solid grasp of Casualty Risk principles and strong technical expertise.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, either on the broker or insurer side.
  • Broker licenses are required (Level 2 preferred).

The applicable base salary range for this role is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Additional performance-based incentives may also be available.
