Claims Director, Casualty and Litigation

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Claims Director, Casualty and Litigation to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our claims team and developing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of claims professionals to ensure effective and efficient claims handling
- Develop and implement claims strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage and analyze claims data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Northbridge remains a leader in the market
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as insurance or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in claims management, including experience in liability and litigation
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leadership or management roles
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
