About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Five Guys Burgers and Fries. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members and ongoing coaching to existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Effectively manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately record and report sales, inventory, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a food service supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures, with a focus on maintaining a clean and healthy kitchen environment.
