Position Overview

As an Office Operations Coordinator at World Wide Supply, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the efficient operation of our business.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures
  • Establish and implement office protocols and routines
  • Administer contracts and agreements
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
  • Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 30 to 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role will be English.
