- Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration to ensure efficient operations.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring high-quality output.
- Staffing and HR: Recruit and hire staff, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
- Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a 40-hour workweek and opportunities for growth and development.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
