Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry files from opening through to completion with precision and attention to detail.
  • Correspond with third parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize expertise in Teraview, Conveyancer, and Microsoft Office programs to manage files and communicate with clients.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk role.
  • Strong knowledge of condominium law and commercial real estate law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
