Job Title: Commercial Litigation Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our litigation team, you will provide exceptional support to our lawyers on commercial litigation files across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class legal support to our teams of lawyers on commercial litigation files.
  • Schedule and conduct discoveries with clients.
  • Save documents to the management system.
  • Take and research all important facts to be passed on to the lawyer.
Requirements:
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education plus 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment.
  • Knowledge of the legal sector workflow.
  • Experience with Personal Injury, Class Action, Civil Litigation, or Criminal law is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
