Job Title: Commercial Litigation Law Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to join our team in Richmond Hill. The successful candidate will provide best-in-class legal support to our teams of lawyers on commercial litigation files across various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support to lawyers on commercial litigation files
  • Schedule and conduct discoveries with clients
  • Save documents to the management system
  • Research and gather important facts for lawyers

Requirements:
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment
  • Knowledge of the legal sector workflow
  • Experience with Personal Injury, Class Action, Civil Litigation, or Criminal law a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
