Commercial Litigation Law Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to join our team in Richmond Hill. The successful candidate will provide best-in-class legal support to our teams of lawyers on commercial litigation files across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to lawyers on commercial litigation files
- Schedule and conduct discoveries with clients
- Save documents to the management system
- Research and gather important facts for lawyers
Requirements:
- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education
- 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment
- Knowledge of the legal sector workflow
- Experience with Personal Injury, Class Action, Civil Litigation, or Criminal law a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
