Position Overview

We are seeking a HRdirect Technical Consultant - Benefits to enhance our expanding HRdirect Service Center team.

This newly established position will serve as the primary contact for addressing inquiries from employees and managers regarding all aspects of Intact's Group Benefits. For more intricate questions, you will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure effective resolution and client satisfaction. You will have access to comprehensive guidelines, a knowledge base, and established policies to assist you in addressing benefits-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, resolve, and coordinate various inquiries related to benefits from employees and managers, utilizing best practices and our knowledge base.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers to address complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and outline the steps taken to reach resolutions.
  • Contribute to maintaining the accuracy and relevance of the benefits section of our knowledge base.
  • Engage with various teams to identify appropriate solutions for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure consistent and precise responses while recommending enhancements.
  • Participate in various team projects on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in human resources, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and independence.
  • Able to adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Experience in benefits management is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Recognized for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required for regular interactions with colleagues nationwide.
  • Positive demeanor, independence, and a strong ethical foundation.
