Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify potential new clients to expand our customer base.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, delivering sales presentations and preparing sales contracts.
  • Provide input into product design to tailor goods or services to meet client needs, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, and resolve product and service-related problems.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience in manufacturing and industrial products.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client focus, efficiency, and reliability, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • MS Outlook and MS Word proficiency.
