Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend suitable products or services
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and train their staff on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
