Job Title: Senior Analyst Employee Relations

This is a temporary 18-month opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and passionate team in the Employee Experience sector and have a direct impact on the employee experience.

Your Role:
  • Act as a resource person and integrator between internal and external stakeholders, providing status updates on projects and mandates.
  • Manage and produce reports on sector data, including budget monitoring and operational risk management.
  • Monitor processes in collaboration with internal services, such as payroll, accounting, and compensation.
  • Help automate, simplify, and improve processes to increase efficiency.
  • Participate in working committees, providing information on Employee Relations policies and practices.
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience Centre, Legal Affairs managers, and other experts to manage and resolve special files.
  • Keep documentation up to date and create SharePoint pages.
  • Assist with administrative activities related to employee relations, such as indexing cash payment requests and monitoring regulatory obligations.
  • Address process-efficiency issues, make recommendations, and ensure continuous improvement.
Your Team:

As part of the Employee Experience sector, you'll work with a team of 11 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations. Our team is known for its advisory role, team spirit, agility, and expertise in employment law.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field, with six years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field, with four years of relevant experience, or a university certificate, with eight years of relevant experience.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Experience contributing to projects.
  • Focused on process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent work organization, rigour, and priority management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the EE ecosystem, an asset.
Languages:

English, French. You will need to discuss frequently with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
