This dynamic opportunity as an Employee Relations Process Improvement Specialist is a great chance to join a collaborative and passionate team in the Employee Experience sector and have a direct impact on the employee experience.

Your role will involve act as a resource person and integrator between the various internal and external stakeholders and follow up and provide status updates on projects and/or mandates. You will manage and produce various reports on certain sector data, such as budget monitoring and operational risk management reports. Additionally, you will monitor certain processes in collaboration with various internal services, including payroll, Zone, accounting, compensation, benefits, and recruitment.

One of your key responsibilities will be to help automate, simplify, improve, and increase the efficiency of various processes. You will also participate on working committees by providing information requiring knowledge of Employee Relations policies and practices. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Employee Experience Centre, Legal Affairs managers, and other Employee Experience experts to ensure special files are managed and resolved.

As part of the Employee Experience sector, you'll work on a team of 11 colleagues and will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations. Our team stands out for its advisory role, team spirit, agility, and expertise in the field of employment law.

Basic requirements for the position include a bachelor's degree in administration or a related field and six years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or a university certificate and eight years of relevant experience. You will also need experience analyzing and interpreting data, contributing to projects, and being focused on process improvement. Additionally, you will need advanced proficiency with Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint presentations. Finally, you will need to be flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment and have excellent work organization, rigour, and priority management skills.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
