Employee Relations Specialist

This role is responsible for leading investigations for the assigned regional market and providing support on key initiatives linked to the employee experience. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to think creatively and out of the box on process efficiencies and initiatives involving employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure employee relations issues are addressed in accordance with employment laws and Sephora's core values to drive engagement and protect the brand.
- Explore and resolve complex or sensitive employee complaints, issues, and concerns with cross-functional partnerships and retail business leaders.
- Develop, communicate, and implement effective management practices and employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
- Use data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to foster positive employee relations.
- Provide advice and guidance to leaders and managers on a broad range of serious/complex ER issues.
- Enhance overall culture and drive proactive employee relations and engagement.
