Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Leadbond Development Inc. as a key member of our construction operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Project Budgeting: Prepare and submit comprehensive construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Schedule Management: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and that financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
