About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Torino Construction LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Quality Assurance and Control

    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Team Leadership and Communication

Requirements
  • Education
