About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Torino Construction LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Team Leadership and Supervision

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff, to achieve project objectives.

Quality Control and Assurance

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Contract Management

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to project sites and potential work under pressure.
