Overview

As a Construction Manager at Torino Construction LTD, you will oversee various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Education Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (College/CEGEP)
Work Environment

Your role will primarily involve residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit and manage subcontractors, ensuring their activities align with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate any necessary changes or additions.
  • Oversee the procurement of construction materials and land.
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compile and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Direct daily operations, ensuring effective organization and management.
Supervision

You will be responsible for leading:
