Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Torino Construction LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes to contractual agreements.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Implement quality control programs to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
