About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team at the CNIB Foundation. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with businesses and organizations to promote our Come to Work Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with businesses and organizations in various industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and other programming to support the Come to Work Program.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track program progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in community outreach, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
