About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Electric. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and managing our information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Implementation and Maintenance: Implement protocols, advise on IT choices, and provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
  • Network and Phone Access: Provide network and phone access to all employees, educate them on network usage and protocols, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
  • Software and Hardware Installation: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, as well as divisional software and hardware.
  • End-User Support: Provide end-user support and training as required, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to effectively use our IT systems.
  • IT Project Management: Implement IT-related projects, both software and hardware, and coordinate with corporate IT for integrated support.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of data and network access, and recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on evaluation and anticipating requirements.
  • Vulnerability Management: Provide support for vulnerability fixes to be in line with company security policies.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Expert in Windows 7 and 10, with knowledge of Zscaler Office Platform, Cisco VoIP telephone system, and Active Directory.
  • Manufacturing Environment: Familiar with manufacturing environment and able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
