Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our account team, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving executional excellence, and managing day-to-day workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead account teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop innovative and integrated marketing strategies
  • Assist clients in establishing marketing objectives and goals, and ensure timely delivery of final agency work
  • Manage direct reports and provide training and career development opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform strategic communications plans
  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing plans, including broadcast, print, social, and digital promotions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building strategic communications plans and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
