We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping & Laundry Aide to become a vital part of our Enhanced Care team.
Facility Features
The facility is designed to be a welcoming home for residents, featuring private suites, ample natural light, and spacious hallways. Each neighborhood within the facility accommodates 24 residents and includes dedicated nursing stations, dining areas, living rooms, libraries, and activity spaces.
Our innovative Main Street concept promotes a small-town atmosphere, encouraging independence and community engagement among residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Dust, clean, and polish furniture, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Sanitize sinks, toilets, and bathing facilities.
- Restock supplies in resident rooms and common areas.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles.
- Sort and manage laundry based on type and requirements.
- Operate washing machines and dryers with appropriate settings.
- Deliver clean laundry to designated areas within the facility.
- Inspect laundry for damage and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in commercial housekeeping and/or laundry preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
