About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Market Services team as an Associate Director of Data Management and Operations. This is a key role that will play a critical part in the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in the planning, control, and evaluation of information that feeds into electronic data processing systems and third-party applications.
  • Financial Management: Report the cost estimates of projects and initiatives to support the planning and controlling of expenditures of the department.
  • Project Management: Manage a portfolio of FX projects/initiatives, prioritization, and resource planning.
  • Initiative Execution: Drive the initiatives scope definition and detailed planning. Lead and participate as an SME stakeholder to support global/regional projects which impact FX Operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of FX Operations specifically for FWDs, SPOTS, and Swaps and market practices with particular emphasis on operational processes for such transactions.
  • Leadership: FX subject matter expert with detailed knowledge of the FX product lifecycle, particularly pre-and post-trade stages.
  • Communication: Experience interacting with senior management, vendors, and external counterparties.
  • System Knowledge: Kondor Suite and FX Order Management System application knowledge.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Strong business management skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of VBA and SQL.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong project management skills and ability to lead and manage teams.
