Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Transforce Beltal inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for advising regular customers, processing quotes, following up on quotes, closing sales, processing orders, and ensuring quality local customer and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce quotes according to customer needs.
- Follow up on quotes to close sales.
- Process orders for production.
- Maintain client files.
- Offer quality customer and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- College diploma in administration and/or mechanical engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics.
- Knowledge of conveyor belts is a major asset.
- Ease in the use of computer systems, ERP and CRM environment.
- Ease in mathematical calculations and mechanical sense.
- Excellent people skills, patience, and calmness.
- Curiosity to learn, sense of organization, methodical, initiative and autonomy.
- Ability to work on multiple files at the same time and priority management.
- Concern for a job well done excellent team spirit, mutual aid, and diligence.
- Bilingualism essential speaking and writing (English, French).
