About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Inside Sales and Customer Service team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
