Position Overview

As a Construction Support Specialist at Smart Crew Wall and Ceilings Ltd., you will play a vital role in the construction process by assisting with various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our projects.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

The role involves working in diverse environments, including:

  • At heights
  • Confined spaces
  • Areas with high noise levels
  • Dusty conditions
Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials efficiently.
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assisting in the demolition of structures.
  • Cleaning and organizing salvaged materials.
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Directing traffic safely at or near construction zones.
Experience

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
