About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Mountain Road Pizzeria Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen environment.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to our staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.

Supervise Tray Assembly

Oversee the assembly of trays, ensuring that all items are presented to the highest standard.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of our kitchen environment.
