About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Ultra Painting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of painters and decorators to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production reports and estimating costs and materials.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff, as well as arrange for training and development opportunities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site environment is safe and healthy.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the painting and decorating industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.
