Job Title: User Support Technician

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Provide customer service and manage incidents.
Work Environment:

FUTURE-TECH CANADA offers a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a focus on attention to detail. As a User Support Technician, you will work under pressure to provide timely and effective support to our users.

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and manage time effectively.
  • Accurate, organized, and a team player with a strong attention to detail.
  • Will train.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

30 to 35 hours per week.
