Project Engineer - Building Systems

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical projects related to electricity and building mechanics for institutional clients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to define project objectives and scope.
  • Plan and execute all phases of a project, from concept development to on-site supervision.
  • Coordinate the work of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and key milestones.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • PMI/PMP certification is a significant asset.
  • Registered as a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Proven experience in project management within the education and/or healthcare sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building mechanics systems and related technologies.
