We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager - Engineering to join our team at CB Canada. As a Project Manager - Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, with experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage project risks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
  • Develop and implement project communication plans, including stakeholder engagement and project status reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management
  • Strong background in engineering project management, including experience in managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
