Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at SaskIT Inc.

Job Summary

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network connectivity. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and network connectivity
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
