About the Role

SaskIT Inc. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their computer systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, and implement solutions to resolve issues.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise technical information to clients, and ensure that they are satisfied with the level of support provided.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including problem descriptions, solutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
