About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and security of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, are clean and safe for guests and employees.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on equipment, appliances, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Repair and Replace Equipment: Troubleshoot and repair or replace equipment and appliances as needed to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, and ensure that all necessary materials are on hand to perform maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Trustworthy and Reliable: You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: You should have a basic understanding of mechanical systems and be able to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be able to identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
