Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Eagle Plains Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Investigate complaints and claims, resolve issues, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 42 hours per week.
