Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Shine On. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting clients, handling paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
