Role Responsibilities:
We are in the process of forming a dedicated team to assist an individual in a supported living arrangement.

Candidates should possess a solid background in care and support, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and exhibit a personable demeanor.

It is vital to effectively manage challenges as they arise.

As the team leader, you will provide local guidance and assistance, focusing on aspects such as team scheduling, supervision, support strategies, and risk evaluations.

You will receive support from a Regional Case Manager who will oversee the individual receiving care.
A tailored training program will be provided to meet the specific needs of those you support.
Comprehensive support and supervision will be available.
Mileage reimbursement is offered, reflecting recent increases in fuel costs.
Flexible working arrangements are available.
