We are looking for skilled individuals to become part of our Human Resources division in the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is essential in supporting our Corporate teams across various functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, HR, Legal, and Real Estate.

As the ideal candidate, you possess a strong enthusiasm for sourcing and identifying exceptional talent to enhance our workforce and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee recruitment initiatives for Irving Business Services
  2. Manage the Student Recruitment Program
  3. Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience
  4. Establish robust social networks to promote career opportunities
  5. Utilize Social & Digital Campaigns to Enhance Employment Brand and Attract Qualified Candidates
  6. Foster Strong Relationships with hiring managers and organizational leaders
  7. Develop a Comprehensive Understanding of Roles within Irving Business Services
  8. Track and Maintain Recruitment Metrics

Qualifications & Experience
  1. Post-secondary education
  2. Prior experience in recruitment
  3. Strong networking skills with a customer-centric approach
  4. High energy and motivation
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with well-developed interpersonal abilities
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  8. Experience with Applicant Tracking Software is advantageous
