Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Jump Recruitment Specialists.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects throughout Newfoundland Labrador, working closely with our client, a well-established company in the commercial construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
