Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Energy Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Material and Service Procurement
    • Source and procure materials and services required for project execution.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Management and Reporting
    • Track and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontracted services.
    • Prepare and submit reports on project costs and progress to stakeholders.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and customers.
    • Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications and Designations
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Language Skills
    • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
