Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Coordinate contract services to maintain a high level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing of linens and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure effective use of resources and optimal service delivery.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations and providing excellent service to our guests.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification in housekeeping or a related field.
