We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Travelodge Golden. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and Purchase Equipment and Supplies: You will be responsible for selecting and purchasing the necessary equipment and supplies to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Plan and Coordinate Activities: You will plan and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure that our rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate Inspections: You will coordinate the inspections of our assigned areas to ensure that our standards are met.
  • Coordinate Contract Services: You will coordinate the contract services with our external vendors to ensure that our needs are met.
  • Ensure Safety Standards: You will ensure that our safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations: You will conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of our housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting our standards.
  • Maintain Inventory: You will maintain the inventory of our supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have what we need to maintain our high standards.
  • Supervise Laundry Services: You will supervise our in-house laundry services to ensure that they are meeting our standards.
  • Schedule and Assign Duties: You will schedule and assign the duties of our housekeeping staff to ensure that our rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Ensure Health and Sanitation Regulations: You will ensure that our local health and sanitation regulations are carried out at all times.
  • Hire and Dismiss Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and dismissing our housekeeping staff as needed.

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
