Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Super 8 Motels. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our hotel, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and front desk management.
- Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and profitability, while monitoring and controlling expenses.
- Prepare Marketing Plans: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
- Implement Marketing Activities: Execute marketing plans, including social media management, email marketing, and event planning.
- Enforce Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all hotel staff adhere to established policies and procedures, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting guests with special needs, such as mobility or dietary requirements.
- Develop and Implement Business Plans: Create and implement business plans to drive hotel growth and profitability, including revenue management, yield management, and cost control.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for hotel staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
