Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Travelodge Golden. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective delivery of housekeeping services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Staff Development: Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our housekeeping operations comply with local health and sanitation regulations and departmental policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
