Executive Aviation is in search of dedicated Customer Service Agents to work at various airport locations. You will collaborate with a talented team of customer service professionals committed to delivering outstanding service.

Reporting Structure: This position reports to a supportive Customer Service Coordinator who is dedicated to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming passengers
  • Adhering to airline-specific check-in protocols
  • Maintaining appropriate security clearances
  • Preparing passengers for first-class or priority seating
  • Overseeing passenger boarding in accordance with airline guidelines
  • Understanding flight documentation requirements and carry-on regulations
  • Collaborating positively with airline crew members
  • Enforcing airline and airport policies courteously
  • Learning to bridge an aircraft when necessary
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role is preferred
  • Previous experience in an airport setting is advantageous
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
