Customer Service Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at the Masset Airport.

This is a permanent casual position that offers a competitive hourly wage range of $20.00-$23.60, fantastic flight benefits, and great EA Travel perks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist passengers with a high level of customer service
  • Follow airline-specific check-in policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper security clearances and compliance
  • Provide pre-flight grooming and manage passenger boarding
  • Understand flight document requirements and carry-on allowances
  • Work collaboratively with airline crew and enforce policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous airport experience is an asset
  • Flexible availability for shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
